How do I order a bike?
Choose a model and send a non-binding enquiry. We check availability and prepare a quote. Once you approve it, we agree the order, payment and delivery.
Can you help me choose?
Yes. Tell us who or what you want to carry, your usual routes and where you will store the bike. We can recommend a model and suitable equipment.
How does delivery work?
Bikes are supplied to order from Sweden. Before ordering, we confirm the estimated delivery date, shipping cost, assembly and handover arrangements in Slovakia.
How do I arrange service?
Contact us with the model, serial number and a description of the issue. We agree the next step and individually confirm options, timing and any service cost.
How many children or how much cargo can I carry?
This depends on the model and configuration. Check capacity, weight limits and suitable accessories in the technical data for your specific version.
What is included in the price?
Your quote lists the exact contents of the delivery. The battery, canopy, other accessories and shipping are confirmed for your chosen configuration before ordering.
